As the managing partner at Hansford McDaniel - Workers' Compensation Attorneys, Mr. Hansford is highly experienced in the areas of workers’ compensation law. With over 20 years specializing in workers’ compensation law, Nate has personally helped thousands of workers’ compensation clients in Georgia and Alabama, having secured millions of dollars for them along the way.

Attorney Hansford has been named a Super Lawyer and Super Lawyers Rising Star member from 2012 to the present. This is a high standard given only to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards. Moreover, Mr. Hansford is a frequent lecturer on all workers’ compensation issues, too.

Prior to advocating for injured workers, Mr. Hansford defended insurance companies against injury and workers’ compensation claims. This unique background has allowed him to further advocate on the behalf of the injured worker. Now focused on being a zealous advocate for the injured, Attorney Hansford has secured million-dollar results for his clients time and time again.

In his spare time, Nate loves to spend time with his family and volunteer in the community. He assists with various charities in the Atlanta area, including Back on My Feet, Atlanta Mission, Chris 180, Hope Atlanta, and Side by Side Brain Injury, among other organizations. Nate also enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, traveling and spending time with his dog, Phoebe, as well as, attending church.
