Portrait of Lee Tittsworth

Bio

Lee has dedicated his career to seeking justice for those who have been wronged. As a proponent for the injured worker, he prides himself in building a strong working relationship with his clients and being a zealous advocate when dealing with the Employer and Insurer.

Lee earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to that, he graduated for Oxford College of Emory University and Emory College where he double majored in Political Science and Spanish.

Before representing injured workers, Lee was a prosecutor in Troup County and Gwinnett County where he worked closely with crime victims to help them obtain justice. As an appellate attorney in Gwinnett County, Lee argued multiple cases in front of the Georgia Supreme Court.

In 2019, Lee began practicing workers’ compensation law exclusively. Initially, he represented employers and insurance companies. He then accepted the position of Deputy Director of the Settlement Division with the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. After two years, he realized that he missed practicing law and joined Hansford McDaniel to begin assisting injured workers as they navigate the workers’ compensation system.

When outside the office, Lee enjoys watching the Georgia Bulldogs play football, swimming, watching classic movies, and spending time with his wife and children.
